The PCP Supplier Accreditation validates your internal quality control and safety protocols. It gives your contractor clients the confidence that they are buying from a company that leads by example in safety and technical excellence.

The SPFA Professional Certification Program (PCP) offers company accreditation, a formal process that enables Supplier companies to demonstrate their commitment to safety, best practices, and operational excellence in the spray polyurethane foam industry.

SPFA PCP Supplier Company Accreditation is available to all supplier companies, regardless of SPFA membership, as long as they meet specific criteria.

Validate your business in two distinct categories—Insulation and Roofing—with the flexibility to prove your expertise in one or both.

While accreditation covers your business, a company cannot become accredited unless it has the required individuals with PCP certification. learn more about individual Supplier Rep Certification requirements.

PCP Accredited Companies are able to demonstrate they:

Maximize system performance by strictly adhering to proper installation techniques for roofing and/or insulation.

Demonstrate product mastery across all spray foam types, handling protocols, and use guidelines.

Showcase industry leadership by holding verified professional accreditation credentials.

Prioritize safety and quality by providing continuous, structured training programs.

Field a proven team of individuals who have earned their certifications through rigorous testing.

Your Path to Accreditation

1. Enroll - Begin your enrollment by submitting the necessary agreement and contact forms. We recommend submitting payment after all documentation is submitted.

 

2. Product & Quality Documentation - Validate your products and processes by submitting key documentation that ensures quality and safety for the industry.​

  • Submit either the Spray Foam Coalition (SFC) Code of Conduct Document or verification that a written manual describes your Best Practices/Risk Management Program.
  • Provide confirmation that a third-party verification firm is utilized for quality assurance purposes.
  • Confirm that Tech Data Sheets, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and Installation Instructions are readily available to contractors.

 

3. Personnel Certification - Ensure your customer-facing and field personnel are equipped with the knowledge required to support accredited companies.

  • Complete the CPI H&S online course
  • Ensure you have the following minimum Qualified Individuals:
    • Field Examiner - Minimum of 1 employed or contracted
    • Written Examiner - Minimum of 2 employed or contracted
    • Supplier Representative(s) must successfully complete the SPFA PCP Supplier Representative Certification
